Digging ears

I love having my ears cleanned by my girlfriend. We'd do it like, once every few days. Honest, her eyes will lit up whenever I suggest 'Dig ears?' in the midst of sharing one of those boring-but-lethargic afternoons together. And the next thing I know, she would have fetched what my mum thought was the super-long ear-digger and sit cross-legged on my bed. My job was to just lie down on my side, put xiaobao-mei (who is the newly adopted sister of Xiaobao) on her lap and rest my head while she begins the exploration into my ear.

In the beginning, the wholenew favourite hobby lasted like 20 mins. But, I've found a way to lengthen our favourtie past time by trying to dig my ears myself with my slimmer, longer little finger. And then, she would try 'exploring' for more dirt again, and I'd close my eyes and enjoy the experience awhile more and then we repeat the same for the other ear. And sometimes, I just pretend to fall asleep. And it's so super nice.

Sometimes, I return the favour by peering up under her nose to see if she needs a trim of her nose-hairs. For some reason, her nose hairs seem to grow incessantly. And sometimes, in the mid of talking or eating or shopping, I would spot a few of these little hairs poking out to see the world. And then, we would return home to trim those off.

It's fun, too!

I think we must be one of the coolest couples around. 'Cos ear-digging and nose hair-trimming are just some of the littlest things that are so personal but we really enjoy doing it for one another!
